How It All Started
In 2024, I started Elevate for women in Ithaca who want to feel strong in a way that actually fits real life. Not a cookie-cutter plan. Not “push harder” for the sake of it. Just smart, foundational training and nutrition coaching designed around your body, your goals, and the season of life you’re in.
If you’ve ever walked into a gym and felt unsure, intimidated, or like you “should know what you’re doing,” you’re not alone. Elevate was built to be the opposite of that.
Train with me and leave each session knowing exactly what you did, why you did it, and how you’re progressing. Without the guesswork.
What Makes Elevate Different
Training for real life, not just workouts
We focus on foundational strength that carries into your everyday life: lifting, carrying, moving with ease, feeling steady, having energy, and trusting your body again. You’ll build strength, mobility, and stability so you don’t just feel “worked,” you feel better.
A plan built for you
Your program is personalized from the start. That means your goals, your history (injuries included), your schedule, and your starting point shape the plan. You’ll still have structure and progression, but it won’t feel like you’re trying to force yourself into someone else’s template.
Coaching that builds confidence
A gym membership gives you equipment. Elevate gives you coaching, form feedback, and a clear path forward. You’ll learn how to train safely and effectively, and you’ll feel more confident each week, not more confused.
Nutrition support that feels realistic
No extremes. No perfection. Just practical guidance that helps you feel energized, recover better, and see results you can maintain. We keep it simple so it fits your real routine.
Pelvic floor–informed training
Elevate offers pelvic floor–specific strength training aligned with pelvic floor PT best practices. Designed to help women build deep core control, restore confidence, and progress safely in strength and impact. This approach supports healing and management of common postpartum concerns such as leakage, core weakness, and diastasis recti—whether you’re newly postpartum or 10+ years beyond childbirth. Ideal for women who want to lift, run, jump, and live life without fear, using education and training (not medical care)
