  • Pelvic floor–informed strength training aligned with pelvic floor PT best practices. Designed to help women build deep core control, restore confidence, and progress safely in strength and impact. This approach supports healing and management of common postpartum concerns such as leakage, core weakness, and diastasis recti—whether you’re newly postpartum or 10+ years beyond childbirth. Ideal for women who want to lift, run, jump, and live life without fear, using education and training (not medical care)
